Afan Electrical have considerable experience of carrying out work for public sector clients and in particular local government, education establishements and higher education establishments. We have undertaken a major project to manage disabled adaptations under a measured term contract (MTC) for a large geographical area over the last three years. We also have significant experience of carrying out vacant property renovations and large scale appliance installations, for example upgrading a housing stock of 2500 homes to hard-wired smoke alarm systems in compliance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).

We have carried out installation work and rewiring of large public buildings and have also had experience in meeting bespoke needs such as work in connection with the recent refurbishment of a University swimming pool.

All of our work is carried out in the safest possible manner, with method statements and Health and Safety procedures being available to prospective clients upon request.
