Afan Electrical have offered electrical installation, maintenance and testing services to the domestic market for in excess of 10 years. The business has grown from humble beginnings to its current size, largely through word-of-mouth advertising from previously satisfied customers. We strive to deliver a high quality domestic service that is tailored to meet your individual needs, whilst offering value for money and compliance with all of the relevant regualtions.

Installation & Maintenance
Afan Electrical offer a full range of services to domestic customers, including:

• Rewiring of premises

• Installation of fixed appliances (e.g. electric showers or night store heating)

• Installation of hard-wired fire alarm systems and smoke detectors

• Installation of emergency lighting systems

• Installation and extension of domestic intruder alarm systems

• Installation and extension of domestic CCTV surveilance systems

• Installation of data cabling for home offices

• Installation of a wide range of fixtures and fittings as a part of our property renovation service

All of Afan Electrical's domestic installation work is carried out in compliance with Part 'P' of the Building Regulations together with all other relevant legislation and at the completion of each job, Afan will issue the relevant NICEIC certification.

Testing and certification
Afan Electrical offer a wide range of electrical testing and certification services, including:

• Electrical Testing for landlords of HMOs (Houses of Multiple Occupancy)

• Periodical Testing of hard-wired Fire Alarm Systems

• Periodical Testing of Emergency Lighting Systems

• PAT Testing (Portable Appliance Testing)
